Berlin, April 4th 2018. The museum "Dalí - The Exhibition at Potsdamer Platz" was able to reach a new attendance record during the Easter holidays. More than 2,500 guests visited the permanent exhibition over the long weekend to immerse themselves in the surreal world of the exceptional artist Salvador Dalí. Not only many Berliners, but also visitors from other German cities and international guests from all over the world took the free days as an opportunity to explore the most comprehensive insight into Dalí's virtuoso and experimental mastery in almost all techniques of art. More than 300 participants took part in a public guided tour, which were provided almost every hour in German and English as a dialogue oriented offer. Some guests received a special Easter surprise: They were surprised by a private guided tour by the director of the museum himself!
We are overwhelmed by this great response and thank every single visitor for the continuing interest in our museum, which is already in the tenth year at Potsdamer Platz directly in Berlin's vibrant center.
